Welcome to MATS, the online facility that will enable you to view the progress of your client's mortgage application with the additional facility to receive e-mail and/or SMS text updates.
MATS will provide you with information when your client's application reaches the key stages as shown below. In addition, it will detail information which will help you proceed the application to offer more quickly (please select the Delays tab at the top of the screen).
Key Stages that are Tracked
- registered for tracking
- valuation requested
- satisfactory valuation received
- mortgage approved
- mortgage funds sent to solicitor
- first payment notice
To receive a daily update on all of your mortgage applications, it is essential that we have an e-mail address quoted on the back of each application submitted. If you have a separate administration support role whose function it is to receive these, then please ensure that this e-mail address is quoted. If you require SMS text facility in addition to e-mails please supply us with your mobile telephone number and this will be incorporated into the service.
If required, we can also update your client when their application reaches the key stages. Notification to your client will only be sent at the key stages, any other information required to progress the application will be made available only to you. This can be achieved through e-mail and/or SMS text. If this facility is required, please ensure that the application form contains the relevant details to enable us to provide this service.
