It's easy to remortgage

We've designed a simple, short application form and a streamlined process to make moving your client's mortgage to Nationwide as easy as possible.

  2. Send your Takeaway Remortgage case to your designated mortgage centre.
  3. The application is credit scored and the outcome is confirmed by a designated mortgage centre. Identification will be confirmed electronically wherever possible. Occasionally we may need to request some additional information if appropriate.

You should direct all queries about your remortgage case to your designated mortgage centre.

Important: all other applications should be sent to your usual Nationwide contact point, otherwise they will incur delays while they are transferred.
