We believe there is more to a great mortgage deal than just a competitive rate. This is why, when your client takes out a mortgage with us, they won't have to pay:
- a higher lending charge
- early repayment charges beyond their initial mortgage deal period, sometimes called tie-ins
- any charges for day-to-day services on their account
We don't believe in hidden fees. That's why we outlined all the fees and charges that might be applicable to our mortgages.
