Commonhold
Nationwide will accept cases where the tenure is Commonhold.
As our paper application forms have not yet been updated to include this tenure please can you clearly mark that the tenure is Commonhold in the field 'other please specify' on the mortgage application form (M1I) in question 56. On the remortgage application form (M1IR), please write 'Commonhold' by the 'tenure' question.
For electronic applications, please select the tenure of 'freehold' and then note that the tenure is Commonhold in the additional information section.
