Information requirements of the system
- to use this KFI interface you will need to be running Internet Explorer version 6 or higher
- Nationwide/ UCB Home Loans KFIs will be produced in PDF format, to receive these you need to be running Acrobat Reader version 6 or higher

Features
- valuation fees: Nationwide/UCB Home Loans standard valuation fee structure is automatically used in all KFIs
- fees payable to Nationwide/UCB Home Loans: These will automatically be added to the KFI
Nationwide Exclusions
- this service is unable to provide KFIs for:
- Right To Buys
- Shared Equity
- Withdrawn Products
- Existing Nationwide Borrowers wishing to "switch" products

UCB Home Loans Exclusions
This service is unable to provide KFIs for:
- Second Property Remortgage
- Right To Buys
- Withdrawn Products
- UCB Home Loans do not provide Buy To Let and Let To Buy mortgages for immediate "family members".
- UCB Home Loans do not do Further Advances
