Travel insurance

Our travel insurance is designed to provide a wide range of cover for events that may affect your travel plans and it is important to us that you understand what is covered. Please take time to read the policy wording carefully.

If a situation occurs that is not covered by the policy, you may not be able to get back all the money you have paid for your trip. For example, if you have booked a flight and accommodation separately and your flight is cancelled, your airline should refund or rearrange your flight but you may not be able to recover your accommodation costs.

Please also be aware that there’s no cover under the policy for any event or situation that is known about before your policy starts or your trip is booked that might result in a claim, unless this has been agreed in writing. Examples include industrial action, as well as the medical health of travellers and relatives of travellers.
