The following guidelines for claims are only applicable to policies taken out with Nationwide Building Society. If your policy was taken out with Portman Building Society please follow the claims guidelines in your policy booklet.

If you make an unemployment claim we'll do more than give you financial support. We'll also help you get back to work with our FREE career management service "The Way to Work".

This service is provided by Working Transitions Limited, an independent organisation, experienced in helping unemployed people return to work.
