- What if I don't have an email address?
You will need to enter a valid email address to obtain a quote. If you do not have an email address you can still obtain a quote and buy a policy by calling LV= on 0800 756 8951.
- How long is a quote valid for?
Your quote will be valid for 60 days from the day you receive it.
- Can I insure more than one property on my policy?
Your policy has been designed to cater for multiple property portfolios. For further details or a quotation please call LV= on 0800 756 8951.
- Can I insure commercial and residential properties under one policy?
Your policy has been designed to cater for residential, commercial and/or mixed property portfolios. For further details or a quotation please call LV= on 0800 756 8951.
- What if I don't know the date of my claim?
If you are unsure of the date of your claim(s) please contact your current or previous insurance provider to find out. Alternatively you can enter an approximate date and then contact LV= on 0800 756 8951 to amend your claims details with the correct information.
- What if the cause of my claim is not there?
If you cannot find the cause of your claim from the list provided, please contact LV= on 0800 756 8951 for help.
- How many claims can I have made in the last three years?
You can provide details of up to four claims within the last three years online, however if there has been more than four claims in the last three years please call LV= on 0800 756 8951. In the majority of cases they will be able to help, but their ability to provide a quote will depend on the information you supply.
- What are the exclusions on this policy?
Please refer to the policy summary document and policy wording where the general exclusions are detailed.
- What are the standard excesses?
Your individual excesses will be found in the Quotation Schedule when you have completed the quote details.
- What does Property Owners Liability cover?
This provides protection against your legal liability for death or bodily injury (other than to an employee) and / or loss or damage to third party property arising out of your ownership of property.
- What does the optional Employers' Liability cover?
This protects you against claims for compensation from employees following injury for which you are legally liable.
- What if I haven't got a business name?
If you do not have a business name then please enter your full name instead.
