As a mutual organisation it's our mission to offer you better products and services and to operate responsibly towards the world around us: reducing waste, recycling as much as we can, and managing our energy consumption. We also endeavour to source our electricity from renewable sources, when it is available at the right price to maintain member value.

If we could inspire our 11 million members to make even the most modest energy and environmental improvements in their homes, the combined impact would be huge.
