How to switch
Step 1
Sign on to the Internet Bank, select your FlexAccount and select 'Transfer my account to Nationwide' option from the menu.
Not registered for the Internet Bank? Register now.
Step 2:
Fill out this 'salary/pension payment form' and return to your employer or pension provider to let them know where you'd like your money to be paid.
Step 1:
Apply now for a FlexAccount. You can choose to transfer your account when you apply.
Step 2:
If you didn't choose to transfer your account when you applied simply log onto the Internet Bank and use the Account Transfer Service.
Step 3:
Fill out this 'salary/pension payment form' and return to your employer or pension provider to let them know where you'd like your money to be paid.
Should you wish to close your old current account you will need to contact your old bank or building society to arrange this.
