Caroline Hallatt – Head of Corporate Responsibility

My role is to lead the CR strategy and team for the Nationwide Group and to be a CR champion across our business. Contact me if you want to know anything about our strategy or future direction.

Dion Alday – Strategy and Operations Manager

My role is to develop the CR strategy and manage relationships with our community and charitable partners within Housing and Environment. Natasha May – Corporate Responsibility Co-ordinator

Chloe Keen – Education and Financial Capability Manager

My role is to manage and develop our education and employability strategy. We have a range of education programmes designed to develop key life skills – NationwideEducation.co.uk, MoneyActive with Citizens Advice and a Financial Capability programme in partnership Skill Force. Tracey Schofield-Walker – Operations Manager

Jean Trace and Adriana Vince - Analysts

Our role is to support a range of CR activities including reporting, payroll giving and communications, we also manage requests for funding from charities and community groups in the Swindon area.
