Service availability

Planned maintenance slots

We are always looking at ways to improve your Online Bank. To do this we sometimes need to carry out essential maintenance. To keep disruption to a minimum & allow you to plan your banking we will carry this out during the following regular time slots:

  • 00:00 to 06:00 on Sunday
  • 00:00 to 06:00 on Wednesday

When essential maintenance is planned details of the specific times and services affected will appear below. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

    On Wednesday, 22nd May from 00:01 to 06:00 there will be delays to all outgoing and incoming Faster Payments. Payments will be queued and processed after this time. We would like to apologise for any inconvenience this will cause you.
