Online service update – problems for customers using AOL (03/07/2008)
AOL is currently experiencing a network issue that is causing certain websites to be inaccessible to AOL customers. This includes our website and Internet Bank. AOL is aware of the problem and is working to correct it. Customers who have another browser on their computer (for example Internet Explorer or Firefox ) can use this to access our site.
Online service update - statement download fault in Internet Explorer 7 (06/06/2008)
IE 7 users are experiencing a problem when trying to download a copy of their statement, when clicking 'download' on the security status bar displayed it takes you back to the sign on page, ending your Internet Banking session.
If you experience this fault you need to:
- go to Tools and then Internet Options in IE 7
- click on the "Security" tab
- locate "Downloads" – "automatic prompting for file downloads" and "file downloads"
- select "Enable" for both these options
This will enable your statement to be downloaded.
This problem is being investigated and we hope to have a resolution soon. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
