Responsibilities: Head of Nationwide's Project Finance team, responsible for a book in excess of £1bn, incorporating over 70 separate projects primarily in UK PFI sectors.
Experience: A PFI pioneer since 1997. Early transactions: New Edinburgh Royal Infirmary and DSS Prime. Involved with the first local authority co-invested schools project, the first PFI charitable model, the fastest schools deal to go from preferred bidder to financial close and the first PFI Social Housing deal to achieve financial close.

Responsibilities: Arranging and structuring senior debt across the UK PFI sector with particular emphasis on Housing PFI. Board director on 4 SPVs: the Manchester PFI project at Plymouth Grove, the Reading project at North Whitley (Affinity Reading Ltd), the Ashford project at Stanhope (Chrysalis (Ashford) Ltd) and the Cheshire Extra Care project at various locations within the county (Avantage Ltd).
Experience: 5 years heading up Alliance & Leicester's social housing team. Joined Nationwide in April 1999. Has led on Housing PFI projects for the last 7 years and is probably the country's most experienced lender in this sector.

Responsibilities: Arranging and structuring senior debt across the UK PFI sector, with responsibility for managing relationships with some of the key contractors in this market.
Experience: Joined Nationwide in 1993 and previous experience involved managing and structuring the more complex and larger Housing transactions within Nationwide's Housing Finance team. Experience of bidding and closing over 15 PFI projects.
