Like so many of our divisions, our Project Finance team are responsible for a number of notable firsts: the first and largest property portfolio transfer, the first securitisation, the first courthouse, the first Charitable Model Hospital…the list goes on. What better way to demonstrate our innate ability to innovate, evolve and above all, be flexible in emerging markets.

• we've been providing senior debt funding to government-sponsored PFIs and PPPs since 1996
• our dedicated team of Project and Structured Financiers have unique experience in funding government accommodation requirements, notably schools and hospitals
• our expertise ranges from funding solutions for single buildings to multi-site, cross-collateral projects

In fact, we've not yet experienced a funding requirement we couldn't resolve.
