Nick leads our Relationships team with responsibility for looking after Nationwide's existing and new RSL borrowers throughout England, Scotland and Wales.
Nick has wide experience of both Commercial and Housing Finance having worked for a major clearing bank and within the Society's Commercial Division for over 8 years.
He has been arranging finance for Housing Associations since 2000 and has structured a number of the sector's larger and more complex transactions.

Steve has been with Nationwide for over 20 years having worked in various Lending and Credit functions within the Society’s Northampton office.
He has spent the last 12 years in Housing Finance providing relationship management to a number of RSL customers and has been involved in arranging and structuring loan facilities to meet the funding requirements for traditional RSLs, stock transfers, estate transfers and Housing Action Trusts.
Steve is now one of our team’s Senior Lending Managers, with responsibility for a diverse £3 billion portfolio of key RSL customers across England.

With over 18 years experience of lending to RSLs, Penny has structured and delivered a variety of facilities to meet the funding requirements of RSLs.
She currently provides relationship management on a £3 billion portfolio of the Society’s largest RSL customers.
Penny also serves as an independent Board Member of a LSVT organisation where she chairs the Housing Services Committee and Customer Excellence work group.

Clive has been with Nationwide for 21 years with the last 14 years in Housing Finance, providing relationship management to a number of RSL clients.
He has been involved in the structuring and delivering of funding to a number of stock transfer and traditional Associations and manages a portfolio of key RSL customers with total commitments in excess of £2.5 billion.
Clive sits on the Treasury Committee of one RSL and on the Board of another.
