Every day we record members' comments in order to see how we can improve.

At the moment, our branches and call centres record around 10,000 pieces of feedback each month.

Because of your feedback we're developing a number of initiatives to reduce waiting time when you visit our branches. We have also improved our online services so that you can now:

  • see online transfers immediately instead of the next day
  • set up regular transfers from FlexAccount to e-Savings
  • apply for an overdraft online
  • view your mortgage statement and details of your monthly payments online
  • buy travel, home and car insurance online
