Member TalkBacks - have your say in the running of your Society by taking part in our Member TalkBack.

Complaint procedure - Your local branch should be your first point of contact. Alternatively, find out how to contact us.

Member Suggestion Scheme - this scheme is available to all members through a leaflet in our branches, or an online form.

The Your voice section of our website gives you the opportunity to share your thoughts and to suggest positive service improvements.

Your Feedback - we log over 10,000 items of member feedback through our branches and call centres each month.

Market Research – we regularly conduct market research and with your help, through a combination of telephone surveys, group discussions and individual interviews, we are building the best services for our members.
