Nationwide Building Society is looking for talented graduates who have an eye on the future to join its graduate scheme.

Meeting the needs of Nationwide’s 15 million customers, both now and in the future, as the Society adapts to the modern ways in which people are interacting with financial services organisations, is just one of the challenges facing the successful candidates.

Graduates are being invited to apply to Nationwide’s popular scheme which would see them specialising in one of four key areas: Digital and Change, Customer and Employee Experience, Finance and Analytics and Technology.

Graduates will be offered a permanent contract and roles and responsibilities from day one, as well as award-winning training and development. As part of the programme they will develop technical knowledge specific to the division and business area in which they are working. Graduates will also receive a first-hand view on how the parts of the business work together, providing great personal development as well as professional qualifications.
