By entering all information into the boxes of the Redemption Statement Request form, you will be able to send your redemption statement request direct to Nationwide Building Society via our on-line system. The statement will normally be sent back to you by fax within one hour.
Please remember when you 'Telegraphically Transfer' the monies to Nationwide, you must confirm your intentions to redeem the Mortgage Account by letter. Nationwide will not release their charge until notification is received from you that a payment has been made to redeem the mortgage in full.
We have moved all ex-Portman mortgage accounts onto Nationwide systems and allocated each one a new account number. Also, if a customer held more than one account it's possible that we may have combined two or more of their accounts to make them easier to manage. If the account number you have input has not been recognised and the account was formerly with the Portman Building Society, please call 0845 60 90 600 for assistance.

The figure(s) quoted will only relate to monies owing to Nationwide Building Society. Any charges registered by subsidiaries of the Society are subject to separate redemption quotations and should be treated as subsequent charges.
